Natalya (Nat) Gindin

Natalya (Nat) Gindin is a licensed medical aesthetician specializing in skin restoration, energy-based therapies, and periocular wellness. As a key member of the Manhattan Face &Eye integrated aesthetics team, she works closely with the surgical and clinical specialists to support pre-treatment preparation, enhance post-procedure healing, and maintain long-term skin and ocular surface health.

Nat received her formal esthetics training at the Career School of NY Esthetics, a clinically focused program emphasizing skin physiology, treatment safety, and medical-grade aesthetics. She has advanced training in face and body microneedling, collagen-stimulating modalities, IPL, and dynamic periocular muscle stimulation, including their application in dry eye support, eyelid wellness, and post-surgical skin recovery. Her participation in early evaluation studies of body and periocular rejuvenation devices using microneedling, RF, and muscle-stimulation technologies further strengthened her understanding of how anatomy, skin integrity, and technology interact to support both aesthetic and functional wellness.

Nat is also skilled in customized skin rejuvenation treatments including Glo2Facial, leveraging oxygenation, lymphatic stimulation, ultrasound infusion, and skin detoxification to improve tone, texture, hydration, and radiance—especially before or after more advanced procedures.

Before her transition into aesthetics, Nat earned a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from CUNY Baruch College and worked in the finance industry. Her analytical background deepened her scientific approach to skin treatment planning, while her passion for beauty, wellness, and human connection inspired her move into medical aesthetics.

Originally from Tashkent, Uzbekistan, with time spent living in Sydney, Australia, Nat brings a global, culturally attuned perspective to patient care. Fluent in English and Russian, she is known for her calm demeanor, meticulous technique, and ability to tailor treatments that restore the skin’s natural vitality while supporting confidence, comfort, and long-term skin health.
