Alexandra Kliger

Alexandra Kliger, MPA-C, is a board-certified Physician Associate specializing in laser skin rejuvenation, pre and post-surgical aesthetic care, and dry eye management. She focuses on optimizing skin health, structure, and recovery using advanced energy-based treatments, collagen-stimulating technologies, regenerative therapies, and personalized healing protocols that support both surgical outcomes and long-term skin wellness.

She earned her Physician Assistant degree from the highly competitive and nationally respected PA program at Wagner College, where she trained in medical and surgical sciences.

At Manhattan Face & Eye, Alexandra expertly designs tailored treatment plans to prepare the skin for surgery, improve healing afterward, and restore radiance. Her expertise includes laser resurfacing, collagen induction treatments, scar and texture refinement, and post-procedure skin rehabilitation.

In addition to her aesthetic work, Alexandra plays an active role in dry eye care and periocular wellness, designing supportive treatment plans that improve ocular comfort and eyelid function. She contributed to groundbreaking FDA research at Manhattan Face & Eye studying dynamic periocular muscle stimulation for dry eye disease, exploring how eyelid support, blink mechanics, and skin therapy impact ocular surface health and comfort.
